Doug Tilghman

Doug has been playing guitar and singing for over thirty years. He originally worked with the group "The Vegetables" along with his brother Mike. He began working with Charlie informally in the '70s and eventually was a founding member of the group "Second Sight" with Charlie, and a fluid cast of additional musicians. Doug is the principle songwriter of the group SomethingBlack, with over 100 songs to his credit. Doug and Charlie Were selected to lead the campfire sings at the 40th Anniversary Philadelphia Folk Festival.
